Eight behavioral probes. Five business days. One portrait, in 1,200 words.
Eight probes. Five days. One portrait.
The portrait is built from your specific moments, not your self-report. The eight probes are designed to surface the specific — the decision you'd make differently, the thing you can't stop rebuilding, the friction you didn't ask for. They are not MBTI questions. They are not "tell us about yourself." They are the questions a senior reviewer would ask if they had three hours with you and wanted to find what you cannot see.
The eight probes
- I.Decision you'd make differently. Describe a decision you'd undo. Not why it was the wrong call — what you did instead of what you knew you should have done.
- II.Current role and scope. What fills your days, what you've been told you're good at, what you avoid.
- III.Built or created. The thing you made that you'd defend. The thing you made that you won't show anyone.
- IV.Group disagreement. A time the room was wrong and you didn't say so. A time the room was right and you did.
- V.Obsessive problem. The thing you've been working on for years that nobody asked you to work on. What it tells you about yourself.
- VI.Uninvited fix. The last thing you tried to fix that nobody asked you to fix. The cost of fixing it.
- VII.Deferred judgment. A person you've been slow to forgive. A judgment you're holding that the room has moved past.
- VIII.Insider knowledge. Something you know about how your work actually gets done that your peers don't. Whether you can say it out loud.
The synthesis
The eight probes are not scored. They are read. A senior reviewer reads them, marks them up, and writes the 1,200-word portrait across six sections: Pattern, Signature moves, Blind spot, Tension, What's working against you, and What to do with this. The synthesis is reviewed against a 9.0/12 quality bar before delivery. Portraits that would read as AI-written are rejected before delivery and rewritten by hand.
The five-day timeline
Day 1. You submit the eight probes. Auto-confirmation by email.
Day 2–3. The synthesis is drafted and marked up.
Day 4. Quality review against the 9.0/12 bar. Revisions if needed.
Day 5. Delivery to your inbox, 1,200 words across six sections. 48-hour reply window for revisions.
What's not in the portrait
No horoscope. No MBTI label. No "you're a 7w8 with an Enneagram 4 fix." The portrait is specific to you and defensible against a friend who knows you well.
